Job Role
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team and showcase the various housing management modules and their dynamic features to customers. The successful candidate will provide consultancy, implementation advice, training, configuration and application support related to the NEC Housing product suite.
Responsibilities- Enable customers to get the most out of the NEC Housing system
- Provide best practice consultancy
- Support product configuration and system testing activities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the complete NEC Housing system and complimentary products
- Identify and develop opportunities for revenue generation through additional services and solutions
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fantastic customer relationship, stakeholder management and communication skills
- At least 3 years' experience working in the public housing sector
- Experience in using or supporting housing application software
- Training and development available
- Flexible working arrangements
- Opportunity to work with evolving technology and innovative solutions
