Property Asset Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of properties to ensure they are in good condition, safe, and efficient.

  • Develop a comprehensive asset register and track asset movements.
  • Source, order, and arrange the purchase, repair, or replacement of assets.
  • Coordinate schedules and review service agreements with contractors.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Partner with suppliers, contractors, and internal units to source new business opportunities.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and meet high standards of quality and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant experience and education in property management or a related field (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional assertiveness, and excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail, time management, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications.
