Responsibilities:

  • Oversee banking and cheque processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage courier bookings and logistics for ad hoc delivery needs.
  • Administer document archiving and retrieval processes, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in mailroom or administrative roles is ideal.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication skills are essential.
  • Basic financial literacy is an advantage.
