Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to lead our recruitment efforts in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute local sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored talent pipelines
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations to ensure skill fit and cultural alignment
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize process efficiency and hiring quality

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in regulated industries such as financial services or technology. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in regulated industries
  • Strong partnership skills with functional leaders to align talent acquisition with business goals
  • Skill in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision making
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
