Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver exceptional guest experiences with a top-tier service mindset
  • Drive sales on every shift by upselling, using product knowledge, and engaging proactively with guests
  • Work collaboratively with your team to understand daily goals and challenges and ensure success
  • Maintain a well-stocked and inviting venue at all times, taking pride in your work
  • Be trained in various areas, whether behind the bar, at reception, or running functions, and consistently bring your A game
  • Adhere to safety and compliance procedures to safeguard guests and colleagues alike
About You:
  • You possess uniqueness, enthusiasm, and positivity - and a genuine love for fun
  • You have excellent customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, coupled with a talent for building rapport with customers
  • You thrive in diverse environments, interacting seamlessly with guests of all ages
  • You boast great availability, including weekends and nights
  • You hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and WWCC (Working With Children Check), or are keen to obtain them
