- Certification: Hold a Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing.
- Experience: Have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
- Licenses and Certifications: Hold a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
- Availability: Be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
