**Role Description/Criteria**

**Join Our Team Exam Supervisors (Casual)**
**Kolbe Catholic College | Greenvale, VIC**

We're looking for organised, reliable, and professional individuals to join our team of Exam Supervisors to help ensure the smooth and compliant running of student exams throughout the year.

About the Role:
As an Exam Supervisor, you'll help maintain the integrity of the exam process while creating a calm and supportive environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and pack down examination rooms
- Supervise students during exams
- Ensure adherence to exam rules and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all materials

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong communication skills and calm presence
- A Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior supervision experience (desirable, not essential)

Key Dates:
You **must be available on Tuesday 17 June 2025**
Additional exam sessions will take place in **October and November** (exact dates TBC)
