Job Description:

  • Liaise with clients to discuss their export requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure seamless cargo movement.
  • Book space with shipping lines and co-loaders, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation solutions.
  • Prepare all export documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate the collection and movement of cargo to the wharf, working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve efficient results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed of cargo status and handling their queries throughout the process.
