Lead Our Home Care Team

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to spearhead our home care team in delivering high-quality Home Care Packages for consumers. This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Director of Nursing.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service experiences and outcomes for consumers.
  • Work effectively within an inter-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
  • Drive opportunities for business growth, inter-intra sector collaboration, and continuous improvement projects.
What We Need From You:
  • Relevant Tertiary/VET qualification or extensive clinical experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, management, and negotiation skills, including change management.
  • Ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and provide person-centred care.
