Floor Care Specialist

Clean and safe environments are crucial for our customers and colleagues alike. As a key member of the Proactive Services team, you will ensure trolleys are available and stores are well-maintained.
Responsibilities:- Complete daily tasks such as sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms, and emptying bins.
- Collect trolleys on foot from car parks and surrounding areas.
- Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
- Assist customers by answering questions or providing directions.
- Receive full training on operating equipment and tools that make your job easier and safer.
- Physical fitness is essential, as this role involves physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
- Flexibility to work in different environments such as shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
- Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
- Good eye for cleanliness and small details.
