Financial Management Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at The Palladium Group as a Financial Management Associate. In this role, you will provide critical support to the APAC region by updating financial systems, developing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring accurate project setup and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of Revenue Schedules to improve revenue recognition, forecasting, and unbilled revenue reconciliation.
  • Support projects in identifying unbilled reimbursable revenues and provide training on available tools.
  • Contribute to month-end processing, including revenue recognition, forecast updates, and unbilled revenue stream reconciliation.
  • Review and monitor monthly reconciliations of billing and revenue clearing accounts.
  • Play a key role in month-end close as it relates to project-based accounting.
  • Collaborate with project managers and provide guidance on various financial topics.
  • Provide financial packages for internal reviews and set controls for compliance with Cost Accounting Standards, Unbilled Analysis, and Cash Receipts.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
