Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Program Performance Consultant. As a vital member of our team, you will work on developing innovative solutions that shape the future of Defence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing Capital Works projects for VIC Defence Bases, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Defence clients' challenges and co-create solutions that address them.
  • Lead project teams through concept design, tendering, contract administration, and handover.
  • You will manage change, quality, health, safety, and risk elements across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Report on project status, progress, and completion to Portfolio Lead and Program Directors.

Key Requirements:

  • You must have industry experience in Project Management and Defence consultancy.
  • Hold qualifications in technical disciplines such as engineering, project management, or construction management.
  • You should have experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and negotiating effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and demonstrate continuous learning.
