
Area Coordinator

- Provide personal care and community access to participants
- Administer medication and appointments
- Support capacity-building activities and social inclusion
- Accurate documentation and compliance reporting
- Lead and support a team of 20+ Support Workers
- Supervise, mentor, and train Support Workers
- Manage rosters across 2000+ fortnightly support hours
- Host regular team meetings for knowledge sharing and participant update purposes
- Monitor timesheets, including approvals, incident reports, and care documentation
- Cert/Diploma in Community Services, Disability, or Social Work (or equivalent)
- 3+ years' experience working directly with individuals with complex needs and/or mental health conditions
- Proven leadership experience in disability or community care settings
- Strong rostering and scheduling skills
- High-level communication, coordination, and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Sound understanding of NDIS standards and person-centred care principles
