Job Title: Area Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and teams to deliver planned maintenance orders on time. They will provide administrative support for the allocated region, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the close-out of breakdown work orders with subcontracting companies.
  • Assist senior management in creating progress reports and financial statements.
  • Work with operational teams to manage day-to-day activities and update tracking systems.
  • Issue purchase orders and provide administration support for the allocated region.
  • Ensure daily updates are accurately reflected in SharePoint.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance, construction, or infrastructure industries is advantageous.
  • A current C Class Driver Licence is beneficial.
  • A Certificate III in Business Administration would be an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are required.
