Family Support Specialist
">We're seeking an experienced Family Support Specialist to join our team. In this rewarding role, you'll provide intensive family support tailored to the needs of children, young people, and their families.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Implement evidence-based interventions, including parenting strategies and practical life skills coaching">
- Support families to access community resources, education, and employment pathways">
- Conduct home visits and engage in early intervention strategies to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes">
- Work alongside Child Safety and other government and community stakeholders to deliver wrap-around support">
- Complete documentation and case notes in line with legislative and organisational requirements">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you'll need experience working with vulnerable populations and a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice.
