Job Details

This role requires a team member to contribute to creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers in our stores across Australia.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks throughout the store, collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, and working through a checklist of cleaning tasks.

About You and Your Skills
  • You will be able to work both indoors and outdoors and can work autonomously as well as in a group setting.
  • Providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy and pace is a key aspect of this role.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness is also required.
  • You must be passionate about working safely and abide by Coles Safe work practices.
  • Setting priorities, meeting deadlines and demonstrating a solid work ethic are also important skills for this role.
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days including weekends is essential.
