Job Description

As an Exceptional Education Director, you will lead a team of dedicated educators in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged six weeks to school age. Our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum encourages exploration and discovery, laying a strong foundation for future success.

You will work closely with families to ensure each child's individual needs are met, and provide support and guidance to your team to help them shine in their roles.

In this dynamic and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop as a leader, developing your skills and expertise in curriculum programming, mentorship, and education management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Deep commitment to children's development and safety
  • Expertise in curriculum programming and implementation
  • Solid understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach to early education
  • Experience working with EYLF and NQS frameworks
