About This Role

We seek an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join our operations team. As a key member, you will maintain site records, reconcile inventory, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily machine hours, purchase orders, and fuel usage.
  • Reconcile bulk stock, fuels, and oils, and raise purchase orders as required.
  • Cost and invoice jobs, including breakdowns and quotes.
  • Maintain all site registers, including quarterly reviews.
  • Enter KPI data and safety information into Myosh.
  • Utilise the Maintenance Management System for equipment recording.
  • Raise requisitions with Procurement as needed.
  • Close off work orders upon completion and update component details.
  • Engage with the Maintenance team to improve defect management.
  • Review timesheets and manage internal travel requests.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in administration, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take direction from management.
  • Demonstrated experience in Inventory management and Procurement.
