Job Title: Installation CoordinatorWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Installation Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn a unique trade, gain valuable industry experience, and grow into a leadership position.About the Role:
  • We are looking for someone with trade qualifications or hands-on construction experience who is eager to learn resin-bound paving methods.
  • You will work closely with our experienced installation team, subcontractors, and management to develop the skills necessary for a supervisory pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of resin-bound paving installations for commercial projects.
  • Assist in the practical completion of project installations.
  • Learn to work with and coordinate subcontractors on-site.
  • Assist with training sessions for new installers and learn best-practice installation techniques.
  • Help with on-site quality inspections and client support.
  • Attend sites with senior staff to help resolve customer issues.
  • Support WHS compliance by helping maintain safety documentation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Trade background (landscaping, concreting, paving, carpentry, or similar).
  • Eager to learn, hands-on, and not afraid to get involved in the physical side of the job.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel interstate occasionally.
  • Full Australian working rights are essential – we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role.
