Role Overview

This role involves coordinating and supervising the installation of resin-bound paving solutions for commercial projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of resin-bound paving installations
  • Learn to work with and coordinate subcontractors on-site
  • Assist with training sessions for new installers and learn best-practice installation techniques
  • Help with on-site quality inspections and client support
  • Attend sites with senior staff to help resolve customer issues
Key Qualifications:
  • Trade background in landscaping, concreting, paving, carpentry, or similar
  • Eager to learn, hands-on, and not afraid to get involved in the physical side of the job
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingsness to travel interstate occasionally
