We are seeking a visionary educational leader to serve as the Head of Technology Innovation and Discovery. This newly created position presents an opportunity to shape and lead the College's strategic direction in technology, STEM, and digital learning.

The Job Description

This role will involve designing and implementing a forward-thinking technology and STEM curriculum, aligned with NESA requirements and the College's vision.

  • Inspire staff to integrate emerging technologies, robotics, coding, AI, and digital tools into engaging and purposeful classroom practice.
  • Develop a culture of innovation, discovery, and digital citizenship across the College.
  • Provide professional learning and coaching to teachers in the effective use of digital technologies.
  • Support the Islamic ethos of the College and ensure technology initiatives align with its values.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan for the future growth of the College's facilities and resources in technology and STEM.
  • Build partnerships with external organizations, industry, and the wider community to enrich student learning experiences.
  • Ensure the safe, ethical, and responsible use of technology by all students.
