Key Responsibilities- Gather and evaluate requirements from the team to design and develop wireframes, mockups, UI prototypes, and specifications.
- Independently design and maintain highly intuitive user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, widgets, pop-ups, and navigations.
- Design Back Office screens, dashboards, and onboarding workflows that meet the objectives of the project.
- Rapidly test and iterate designs to ensure they meet the requirements and objectives.
- Review the implementation of designs and assist in QA to ensure a seamless user experience.
- A strong and creative portfolio of SaaS apps or mobile apps design.
- Experience with analytical dashboards and knowledge of the latest global trends in design and typography.
- Ability to collaborate with the team to understand the core of the issues and produce highly intuitive elements and navigation that meets with the objectives.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools and design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent time management and self-direction skills.
- Strong grasp of English – verbal and written.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with loyalty, rewards, or referral programs.
