About This Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled Senior Specialist to manage configuration and data processes in support of a significant air traffic modernization program. As part of this project, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of configuration baselines and change control across complex systems integration projects.

Key responsibilities include controlling the release of software, drawings, and documents, as well as facilitating audits and Configuration Control Boards. You will also maintain documentation workflows and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong Background in Configuration Management: 5+ years of experience
  • Hands-on Experience with ARAS PLM: Implementation highly valued
  • Familiarity with Key Tools: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
  • Industry Knowledge: Defence / Defence-adjacent / Telco industry background preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Collaboration, stakeholder skills, and communication essential
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Software, Hardware, and Data CM

Bonus Skills:

  • Certification in CMPIC or NDIA: 
  • EIA-649 Standards and Defence ILS: Familiarity highly valued
