Configuration Manager

This role is central to managing configuration data, vehicle records, and technical documentation that inform the lifecycle management of Australia's Combat Reconnaissance Vehicle fleet. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate baselines, planning and scheduling project Configuration Control Boards, collecting and verifying configuration data from engineering, maintenance, and operational sources.
- Support land vehicle system configuration management processes throughout vehicle lifecycle phases.
- Plan, document, and schedule project Configuration Control Boards.
- Collect, verify, and control configuration data from engineering, maintenance, and operational sources.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with configuration management tools such as CMT-L, TeamCentre, or ERP.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years defence-related experience in data and configuration management.
- Proven experience with configuration management tools.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary Defence project and sustainment teams.
