
Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our Victorian Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a dynamic team and has excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our State Management team to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist the State Management team in producing reports, drafting contract-related documentation, ordering supplies, and providing site liaison support.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and self-management skills, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Effective planning and prioritization skills to achieve goals and produce high-quality work.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
