Job Title

Drive Technical Excellence as a Senior Enterprise Specialist.

This role focuses on the strategic ownership, support, and enhancement of critical business systems.

The specialist ensures optimal performance, reliability, and scalability through expert-level troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, and proactive system management.

A successful candidate will work closely with clinicians, administrative staff, vendors, and IT teams to deliver high-quality support and enhancements of healthcare technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical direction for assigned applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of application architecture, integrations, and dependencies.
    • Lead application lifecycle management, including upgrades, patching, and end-of-life planning.
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage application roadmaps and feature releases.
    • Offer Tier 2/3 support for complex application issues, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
    • Monitor application health and performance using appropriate tools and dashboards.
    • Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and runbooks.
    • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as required.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with business units to understand application usage, pain points, and enhancement opportunities.
    • Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with developers and vendors.
    • Conduct training and onboarding sessions for end-users and support staff.
    • Analyse support trends and metrics to drive proactive improvements.
    • Lead or contribute to application-related projects, including migrations and integrations.
    • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline support processes.
