**Project Officer Finance Job Description**

The role of Project Officer Finance is a critical position in our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing regular financial reports to directors, project leaders, and senior finance officers. Your timely advice on financial and administrative matters will be invaluable to unit staff.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can write clearly and succinctly in various communication styles. You must be able to convey messages effectively and achieve the desired outcome. Additionally, you should have high-level communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to relate well to people at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular financial reports to directors, project leaders, and senior finance officers
  • Offer timely advice on financial and administrative matters to unit staff
  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze the approved budget versus actual expenditure on a regular basis
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial and project management aspects of contracts
  • Undertake procurement activities
  • Provide effective financial and project management support services to unit staff
  • Maintain and optimize workflow through effective use of workplace systems and processes

Requirements:

  • C class license
  • Ability to write clearly and succinctly in various communication styles
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
