Business Systems Integrator

\Job Description:\

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Integrator to join our team. This is a key role that involves leading the development and support of software solutions tailored specifically to business needs and the integration between all corporate business systems.

\

The successful candidate will lead the integration of CRM and data systems to support new collection contracts. This will involve liaising with internal stakeholders and contractors.

\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Information Technology related degree, relevant technology certification, or relevant industry experience.
  • Previous experience in providing quality customer service and relaying technical information to a range of customers and vendors.
  • Ability to undertake complex planning which may involve working groups.
  • Minimum five years' experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum two years' experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • Minimum two years' experience in Salesforce development.
  • Minimum two years' experience using APIs for sharing information between dissimilar systems.
