Overview

Position: Project Liaison and System Integrator

Location: Picton, New South Wales

Type: Temporary Full Time for up to 2 years with possible extension

Salary: from $95,603 + 12% Superannuation

Hours: 35 hour week with flexible and hybrid working arrangements

Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration of Council's CRM and data systems to support the new collection contract
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Council's collection contractors
  • Develop and support software solutions tailored to Council's business needs
  • Manage and oversee the integration between Council's key corporate business systems
  • Provide quality customer service and relay technical information to internal customers and external vendors
  • Undertake planning which may be complex and involve working groups
Essential Criteria
  • Information Technology related degree, relevant technology certification, and/or relevant industry experience
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in a similar role
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in Salesforce development
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience with APIs for sharing information between dissimilar systems
  • Strong communication skills to relay technical information to diverse stakeholders
