Job Title: Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Digital Innovations, Information & Technology section, you will play a key role in the development and support of software solutions tailored to our business needs.

The successful candidate will lead the integration of our CRM and data systems to support our new collection contract. This will involve liaising with internal stakeholders and contractors.

  • Information Technology related degree, relevant technology certification, or industry experience.
  • Previous experience in providing quality customer service, relaying technical information to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to undertake planning, working closely with teams.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum two (5) years' experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • Minimum two (5) years' experience in Salesforce development.
  • Minimum two (5) years' experience using APIs for sharing information between systems.
