Job Title: Business Systems Integrator

Are you passionate about bringing IT systems together to create impactful solutions?

This role involves leading the integration of our CRM and data systems, liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and developing software solutions tailored to our business needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology, excellent customer service skills, and experience in planning and working with complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead complex IT projects
  • Develop and implement software solutions
  • Integrate CRM and data systems
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Preferred applicants may be required to undergo pre-placement medical checks, including drug and alcohol screening, and police background checks.

Our Digital Innovations, Information & Technology section is expanding, creating an opportunity for a skilled and experienced Business Systems Integrator to join the team.

Requirements:

  • Information Technology related degree or relevant technology certification
  • Previous experience in providing quality customer service
  • Ability to plan and lead complex projects
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Salesforce development
  • Minimum 2 years' experience using APIs for sharing information between dissimilar systems
