Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our hospitality operations, ensuring efficient operations and fostering an environment of excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a team of housekeepers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery
- Monitoring and maintaining cleaning standards across assigned areas, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols
- Managing inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available while optimising resource utilisation
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally
- Embracing a hands-on approach, pitching in when needed to maintain exceptional standards
About You:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping operations. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
