About the Role

This is a highly sought-after opportunity to lead business operations and drive growth in the agriculture sector.

As a Business Growth Manager, you will oversee business operations, nurture existing client relationships, and cultivate new connections with end-users and resellers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a sales strategy to enhance revenue generation.

  • Create a robust pipeline of future business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new prospects among end-users, resellers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight and management of all business operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with the team to cultivate and sustain robust relationships with current clients, foster customer loyalty, and drive recurrent business. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will include achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of substantial experience in a technical or operational capacity, preferably with exposure to pumping systems and packages in irrigation and agricultural domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate new business relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Proven experience in sales within the agriculture sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated and focused on achieving results.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
