Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Services Trainer to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating timetabling, professional development, compliance, and curriculum development across the Employment Services division.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management and training, hold a Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment (TAE40116), and be able to work towards a Certificate 4 in Employment Services.

  • Evaluate performance of Employment Services staff to identify areas where skills are lacking
  • Create training programs to address skills gaps
  • Liaise with stakeholders on policies and procedures to ensure they meet regulatory requirements

In addition to these key duties, the successful applicant will possess excellent communication and team-working skills, well-developed problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, and great time management. A full driver's license is also required.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in project management and training
  • Hold a Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment (TAE40116)
  • Ability to work towards a Certificate 4 in Employment Services

You will also need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and team-working skills
  • Well-developed problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Great time management

A full driver's license is also essential.
