Laundry Supervisor Role

As a key player in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, you will be responsible for overseeing the laundry operations at our residential home.

We are seeking an experienced individual to work a variety of shifts across the 7-day week in this permanent part-time role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in laundry management, a solid understanding of cleaning products, and knowledge of safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.

They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for interacting with our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Meeting all laundry requirements each shift
  • Completing reporting and documentation based on policy and procedure
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in laundry management or a related field
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
