About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team, undertaking high-quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

This is a full-time position that involves providing timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles.

You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers while interacting with a range of people.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers
  2. Achieve average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures through accurate quoting
  3. Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required
  4. Process vehicles by carrying out arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  5. Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  6. Manage suppliers to record and authorise additional work in a timely manner
  7. Assist with production management of the centre where required
  8. Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  9. Hand over completed repairs to customers

About You

  1. Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in estimate/quotation preparation in the automotive smash repair industry
  2. Desirable experience with AudaNet
  3. Ibody experience desirable but not necessary
  4. Excellent customer service skills, building rapport with clients and work providers
  5. Highly professional and personable
  6. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  7. Excel experience an advantage but not necessary
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  9. Ability to meet deadlines
  10. Problem-solving with accuracy and attention to detail
  11. Collaborative working with the team
  12. Strong commitment to working safely
  13. Attention to detail
  14. Reliability, punctuality, and hardworking attitude
