About This Opportunity

This role is a pivotal position in enabling everyday Australians to achieve their dream of homeownership through seamless home loan experiences.

As a Mobile Lending Manager, you will collaborate with customers to provide flexible and independent support throughout the entire home loan process. You will also foster strong relationships with them by offering additional banking products post-settlement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support across the home loan lifecycle.
  • Identify and engage potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of home lending contacts and collaborate with external partners.
Essential Qualifications
  • A proven track record of generating and maintaining a referral network of external partners.
  • Extensive experience in a customer-centric organisation with a background in lending.
  • Demonstrated sales / business development skills with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Effective time management skills and an ability to multitask.
