Mobile Finance Manager Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity to join our high-performing mobile team as a finance manager.


About the Role

You will be responsible for managing residential loan applications and supporting the team with new-to-bank opportunities.


  • Building strong customer relationships and fostering new connections.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets through relevant marketing efforts and self-sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Developing business acumen and providing advice based on individual customer needs.
  • Perform credit analysis and manage end-to-end home loan applications as required.
  • Developing a strong referral network and driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be accountable for:


  1. Sourcing and writing home loan applications that meet or exceed targets.
  2. Developing and maintaining a strong professional network for business referrals.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive results.
  4. Demonstrated financial acumen and credit writing skills.
