The role of the Mobile Lending Manager is to deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers in achieving their dream of homeownership.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers during the home loan application process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear information and guidance throughout the application process.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer-facing organization with a strong focus on sales or business development.
  • Experience generating and maintaining a referral network of external partners.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Multilingual applicants are highly desirable.
