Landscaping Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to maintain and enhance the grounds and gardens of commercial and high-end residential clients.
About the Role:
- Manage and cultivate a variety of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees for clients in local areas.
- Perform regular garden maintenance tasks, including weeding, pruning, mulching, and watering.
- Monitor plant health and implement appropriate treatments for pests or diseases.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute landscaping projects.
- Maintain garden tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Keep records of plant care activities and garden maintenance schedules.
- Provide recommendations for plant selection and garden improvements.
- Design and plan landscape layouts, including flower beds, lawns, pathways, and hardscaping features.
- Select appropriate plants, trees, and shrubs based on climate, soil conditions, and client preferences.
- Install landscaping features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and irrigation systems.
- Work closely with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- A relevant Certificate IV qualification is essential for this role.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field may be considered, but will be judged on an individual case basis.
