Job Title:

Contract and Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

The Contract and Relationships Officer is accountable for the relationship and contract management, liaison, monitoring of performance and reporting on the delivery of contracts, projects and other commitments.

  • Liaising and working with other divisions, Government and non-Government agencies and key stakeholders, the role undertakes complex projects and program management work, including policy development and implementation, inter-departmental and stakeholder negotiations to achieve improved outcomes within the sector.
  • Supporting the effective, efficient, and innovative delivery of social and affordable housing projects, maintenance deliverables and tenant outcomes under various programs and in line with the Strategic Plan.
Requirements:

As a highly skilled professional, you will have experience in contract and relationship management, liaising and negotiation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field (such as Law, Public Administration or Business) would be advantageous.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide informed advice to senior managers.
