Job Description

This position involves working as a Social Worker within Northern Mental Health, providing assessment and treatment services for consumers of NALHN community mental health services, aiming to optimise health outcomes.

The incumbent will rotate through a series of clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply clinical experience, increasing clinical knowledge and professional competence to plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive and integrated services to the needs of clients of NALHN.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team and liaise directly with medical, nursing staff.
