We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior executive to lead our corporate services division.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic leader to drive cultural change, embed a resilient performance culture and ensure corporate services are fit-for-purpose, values-driven and strategically aligned.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership of corporate financial resources, ensuring strong fiscal management and oversight of divisional budgets.
- Lead fit-for-purpose, people-centric corporate services, building capability, stability and cultural awareness across the organization.
- Set organizational objectives, policies and performance standards, ensuring governance, risk management and operational delivery.
- Drive business transformation and cultural initiatives that enhance capability, performance and technology utilization.
We are seeking an accomplished senior executive with proven success leading corporate portfolios in complex public sector or statutory environments. You will bring exceptional judgement, strategic acumen and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, navigate sensitive issues and lead high-performing teams.
Relevant qualifications and previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
