Job Opportunity

The Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations by leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth and deliver exceptional value to customers.

About The Position

This exciting opportunity is to work closely with senior leadership to identify, develop, and manage financial and operational reporting tools that support strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will analyze and monitor internal processes, implement changes to improve efficiency, and lead the management of key metrics, supporting advancements in pricing framework and demand planning process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop dashboards to track performance using PowerBI, monitoring operational, financial, and customer experience KPIs daily/monthly as available.
  • Become an expert in PoM datasets available including from SAP, Instaedge, and PowerBI; champion data and analytics for the PoM group.
  • Prepare business insights for internal reporting, management meetings, and customer presentations.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis on business performance and provide guidance to drive incremental sales opportunities and overall performance outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Support leadership team in developing tools to identify repair/quality trends, cost over-runs or transactional issues to minimize impact.
Technical Competencies
  • Experience with Power BI and SAP systems is essential.
  • Ability to design and develop PowerBI dashboards to track performance.
  • Strong understanding of datasets from SAP and PowerBI, with ability to act as a subject matter expert.
  • Skilled in preparing business insights for internal reporting, management meetings, and customer presentations.
