We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support our operations teams. This role involves developing and maintaining business metrics to monitor the usage and efficiency of various workflows, managing the collection and sanitization of data related to operational processes and key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will assist operations teams in understanding and adhering to business expectations by reporting on KPIs relating to processes workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, computer science or information technology, with 3+ years of experience as a business intelligence or data analyst. They should also possess excellent proficiency in Power BI or equivalent platforms for data visualization and reporting building.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business metrics to monitor the usage and efficiency of various workflows.
  • Manage the collection and sanitization of data related to operational processes and KPIs.
  • Assist operations teams in understanding and adhering to business expectations by reporting on KPIs relating to processes workflows.
  • Track and analyze performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Establish a structured approach to reporting standards and effectiveness.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business intelligence or data analyst with a focus on report and dashboard creation.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI or equivalent platform for data visualization and reporting building.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an operations environment.
  • Experience with data collection, sanitization, and metric development.
