About the Role
As an Investigator at Act Now, you will conduct thorough investigations into various workers compensation claims, including physical injuries, psychological injuries, and common law claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze case documentation to identify key facts and evidence
- Arrange and conduct professional interviews with relevant parties to gather information
- Prepare detailed, typed statements at the time of interviews to capture key findings
- Inspect, examine, photograph, and videotape incident/accident scenes to gather visual evidence
- Analyze relevant documentation to support investigation findings
- Meet stringent timeframes to ensure timely completion of investigations
