We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factual Investigator to join our team in Canberra. As a Factual Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting investigations into Workers Compensation and CTP claims, gathering evidence, and producing detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct investigations into Workers Compensation and CTP claims
- Gather evidence and interview key parties
- Prepare and draft factual reports
- Maintain effective communication with the investigations support team and other relevant parties
- Certificate III in Investigations
- Current and valid Investigators Licence
- Current and valid driver's licence and vehicle
- Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames
