Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our NSW sales team in the Sutherland Shire area. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint and SKU count while actively seeking new business opportunities in your territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Field Managers and the Regional Business Manager to achieve sales objectives and improve market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the market and our products to drive growth.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Results-oriented with a self-motivated attitude and a passion for driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
