Key Responsibilities:

  2. Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community grants projects;
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including community groups, government agencies, and other partners;
  4. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget;
  5. Conduct research and analysis to inform grant writing and project development;
  6. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings to communicate project progress and outcomes;
  7. Provide technical assistance and support to community groups and other stakeholders as needed;
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in government policies, procedures, and regulations affecting community grants projects.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as project management, community development, or public administration;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination, community development, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software;
  • Familiarity with government policies, procedures, and regulations affecting community grants projects.
