About the Role:
Catholic Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Officer to join our Home and Community Services team based in Hunters Hill, NSW.
The Customer Care Team are at the heart of Catholic Healthcare and are responsible for providing a superior customer experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to In-Home Service clients
- Take calls from a busy queue and record interactions for billing enquiries, transport requests, and other client needs
- Work collaboratively with a large team to ensure clients receive accurate and timely responses
Requirements:
- Experience in Aged Care Services or similar
- Strong organisation, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify issues, assist in solving them, and adapt to changing circumstances
